Drawings & Sketches
Description
This collection contains drawings and sketches created by the artist Henry Newell Cady (1849-1935). Cady worked in quite a few different mediums, and while many of his drawings stand alone, a number were also created as sketches for larger works. Where possible, this is noted in the item records. Occaisionally these sketches also include Cady's handwritten notes. As with many of his other works, his drawings feature the town of Warren, RI, and the surrounding areas. Cady worked in pencil as well as pen and ink.
